Below is a list of common reasons transactions may be declined:
- Sending money is not supported (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Wires, Etc.) nor is buying money (Crypto, Stocks, Etc).
- Credit limit is less than the amount of the transaction
- Transaction is at a merchant not supported by Imprint or Mastercard® network
Typically, when a transaction is declined, we send an SMS message with the reason for the decline.
