To request a new Physical Card please follow the steps below:
From the home screen of the Imprint App:
1) Tap the World of Westgate Mastercard® icon
2) Tap the card image
3) Toggle 'Report issue with physical card'
4) Select the reason you need a new card and confirm your address
A new card will be shipped to you
To request a new Virtual Card please follow these steps:
From the home screen of the Imprint App:
1) Tap the World of Westgate Mastercard® icon
2) Tap the card image
3) Tap 'Get New Virtual Card Number'
This will generate a brand-new virtual card number for you.
