How do I switch to paper statements?

To update your statement preference in the Imprint App:


Open the Imprint App and tap the person icon in the top-left

  1. Tap ‘Documents’
  2. Tap ‘Manage my paperless settings’
  3. Select ‘Go paperless’ OR ‘Send me paper statements’
  4. Tap ‘Save’

 

To update your statement preference online:

 Log in to your account at https://account.imprint.co

  1. Tap the three lines in the upper-right corner of the screen
  2. Tap ‘Documents’
  3. Scroll past statements and tap “paperless settings’
  4. Select ‘Go paperless’ OR ‘Send me paper statements’
  5. Tap ‘Save’


If you choose paper statements, you will receive both paper and online statements for your card at the end of every statement cycle. Your upcoming statement will be your first paper statement. It will arrive approximately 7–10 business days after your statement closes
